Logan
Co-Owner | Barber | Stylist
Logan believes the West Coast is the Best Coast, hence the name of his shop. He has lived in Washington, California, Hawaii, and found his home in Oregon. His official barbering career started in 2000, but unofficially, his start began with trading haircuts for beer and pizza in the Delta Upsilon fraternity house while attending Oregon State University. Logan is a capable stylist, but from the beginning, he focused his attention and career on being a barber. Logan prides himself on efficiency and his ability to make his clients laugh. Logan’s spare time is filled with family, friends, and his love for travel.
Ian
Barber | Stylist
Ian is our Best Coast local, born and raised in the heart of Northeast Portland. Ian loves messy textured cuts, detailed fades, and styling—he always aims to bring out the best in his clients and believes in the age-old adage: look good, feel good, play good. Ian has been behind the chair since 2019 after finally leaning into his skills and passion for good grooming. When he’s not doing hair, he’s an adventure traveler, music festival-goer, foodie, and gin-connoisseur.
Katie
Barber | Stylist
Katie is a multi-generational Oregonian, born and raised in Portland. She has been a barber/stylist for over 10 years, finding her artistic talent and passion in the fine details of barbering and hair cutting. After a few years pursuing another passion of hers, working as a parts consultant for Audi, she has come back to join the Best Coast family. When she's not cutting hair, her other interests include being with family, cars, sci-fi/fantasy everything, painting, roller skating, and martial arts.
Olivia
Barber | Stylist
Olivia is originally a California native born in Santa Barbara CA, and raised in the Napa Valley. She always had an eye for the beauty industry, and decided to travel back down to Santa Barbara to attend beauty school in 2005. Graduating in 2006, she hasn’t left the industry since. Olivia also has a love as strong for music! Being in a dream-pop band, the PNW called her name because of its thriving music scene. She moved to Portland in 2008, and started barbering in 2009. Olivia is an experienced barber who loves to perfect her craft creating detailed men’s cuts, and beard trims. You can count on excellence when it comes to short cuts, long cuts, and straight razor shaves. Olivia also has experience with the little ones, and is know to be a “child whisperer” making kids comfortable in the chair, and looking up to date and trendy as well. Olivia is happy to be a part of the Best Coast family, and looks forward to helping you with all of your hair needs.
Dana
Barber | Stylist
Dana is a sweet & silly lady from Louisiana! After years of working as a graphic designer, she decided in 2019 to also pursue her lifelong passion of doing hair. She is fully licensed & can offer services from long cuts to clipper cuts, color, barbering & esthetics. Dana’s goal is to provide low maintenance custom cuts for each person & she is also a curly specialist!
While not working, she enjoys riding her teal bike & Vespa, playing video games, making puns, dancing while doing pretty much anything & playing with her papillon, Tilly. She loves working with people & is excited to meet “all y’all”!

Geovanny
Barber | Stylist
Geovanny grew up in Aloha, Oregon, and studied Hair Design at The Aveda Institute of Portland. He has been specializing in men's grooming and barbering for over 8 years now, and loves to do beard trims and straight razor shaves. He really prides himself on creating lasting relationships with his clients. Outside of barbering, Geo likes soccer, basketball, music (ask him about his extensive vinyl collection), cooking, and hanging out with his two pups.

Esthetician
Hey everyone! I recently decided to pursue the esthetics industry, after always having a love for connecting with people and making them feel good in their own skin! I went to Aveda Institute Portland and graduated in July 2024. I am originally from Nashville, Tennessee and have been in Portland for two years. Alongside esthetics I love to travel and spend time with my friends and family. I am so excited to join the Best Coast Team and be your new esthetician!

Barber | Stylist
Graduated of Champions Barber Institute 2024, they moved from Salt Lake City to find a good barber school in Portland 3 years ago and fell in love with the PNW, Focusing on curly, queer, and short hair. When they are not behind the chair, you can find them at punk shows, riding their bike around the city, unwinding in a dive bar or cooking for their friends!
